This is a stand alone program for handling scheduled appointment reminders, primarily for dentistry, but any situation where a client or patient needs to be reminded of an appointment. The patient particulars are entered along with the time interval when the next appointment is due. When the program is loaded the recalls due that day are displayed. By selecting the appropriate button all other due recalls are also shown. It is then possible to print all the envelopes is one print operation. All organisation of the client or patient list is handled by the program. There is also a history log to check the progress of individual records. As most dental software includes a recall utility, this program is ideal for a practice that is computerised but has no specialised dental programs.
You have 25 runs of the demo before the key number is required which can be obtain from me for free. The program is freeware and the only limitation of use is for commercial gain. The program is released under the GNU GPL license. To view the source code you will need to open the project in Visual Basic 6
